A daily mood-tracking tool built on the Tiny Habits concept, following a survey finding Thai workers stressed by work, social media and finances

AIA Thailand added a Mood Diary feature to its ALive Powered by AIA health app to help working-age people manage mid-year mental fatigue, targeting ages 31–54. It lets users log daily moods through 4 steps: recording feelings with icons, reviewing past moods, spotting recurring patterns, and assessing overall mood trends through a report.

Built on the Tiny Habits concept, which emphasizes small daily actions that become lasting habits, this draws on a survey AIA conducted with NielsenIQ among 1,000 Thai working people, finding stress stems from comparing oneself on social media, performance pressure, economic uncertainty, and financial constraints.
