A Pilates studio in the One Bangkok development on Wireless Road offering three class formats, with equipment ranging from Reformer to Cadillac
Formalab Bangkok opened a Pilates studio within the One Bangkok development on Wireless Road, offering 3 class formats: Multi Room Class for beginners, Xformer Room for those wanting a more intense, challenging workout, and Private Pilates designed around individual goals.
The studio is fully equipped with Pilates apparatus — Reformer, Xformer, Cadillac, Barrel, and Chair — emphasizing core strength and postural alignment. It positions Pilates as a long-term health investment rather than just a fitness trend, suited to urban professionals who often deal with office syndrome from prolonged sitting.
