Huawei Digital Power launched FusionSolar 9.0 at the Huawei Digital Power Summit in Thailand, calling it the world's first grid-forming solar inverter, helping stabilize the grid from the renewable-energy side itself, with over 700 attendees.
Jack Zheng, an executive at Huawei Digital Power Thailand, said grid-forming technology combined with AI is the key as renewable energy becomes the main power source, supporting growing load from AI data centers and EV charging.
