Dusit International signed management agreements for two ASAI lifestyle hotels in southern Thailand — ASAI Hat Yai and ASAI Patong Phuket — set to open in 2027 and 2028 respectively.
ASAI Hat Yai sits on Samchai Road in the heart of Hat Yai, with 116 rooms, an all-day dining room, café and bar, co-working space, meeting rooms, and a fitness center. ASAI Patong Phuket sits in the heart of Patong, 5 minutes from Patong Beach, with about 85 rooms, a café, Eat/Work/Play common areas, a rooftop pool, and a fitness center. Dusit currently operates 50 hotels across 19 countries, with more than 50 others in development.
